Recently we sold our house in Corte Madera, Linda Tull was our Real Estate Agent; I can’t say enough praise for her. We took a while to make up our mind about selling our house and by the time we went ahead the Spring season was coming to an end. Linda advised us that it was important to sell as soon as possible, because the families that would buy our house would want to settle in before the School started. So we had less than 3 weeks to prepare our house for sell. After 18 years of living here, we had tremendous amount of unnecessary things, not to say junk!
