Moving INTO the San Francisco Bay Area

Your initial contact will be with one of our Relocation Counselors who will talk to you about your family needs and requirements, your new employment location, acceptable commute time, the time frame for your purchase and other important details. You will receive a relocation packet of information on the communities of interest to you. When you are ready you will be referred to one of our sales associates who will assist you in your home search.
Our Relocation Counselor will also be able to refer you to a mortgage loan counselor at our mortgage company, Union Trust Mortgage Services. As the market in the San Francisco Bay Area is so different than many other areas of the country, a UTMS loan counselor can explain to you the various loan programs that are available.
Pacific Union also would be able to assist you with referrals to temporary housing providers, van line companies and other service providers. Moving FROM the San Francisco Bay Area
Pacific Union can also assist you when you leave the San Francisco Bay Area by referring you to a real estate company and agent in your destination location. Give one of our Relocation Counselors a call and let them know where you will be moving, the type of property desired, your housing needs and requirements, and we will place the referral for you. You will be contacted by a relocation professional in your new location and will receive a relocation packet on the new area. There is no cost or obligation for this service but we hope you would be so pleased with the referral that you would purchase through that agent and company.
